Cory Toner is a lifelong resident of Rockledge and a candidate for District 153. A graduate of Abington High School, Cory understands
firsthand what it means to grow up, work, and raise a family in this
community because it’s the only place he has ever called home.
After high school, Cory proudly answered the call to serve, joining the United States Army, where he completed four years of active duty,
followed by ten years in the Pennsylvania National Guard. His military service instilled a deep respect for responsibility, accountability, and putting service before self.
Today, Cory works as a Director of Construction, overseeing complex projects, managing budgets, and leading teams to deliver real results. He carries the same disciplined, analytical approach into public service, with a focus on executing work effectively and ethically.
Cory is married and the proud father of three sons, all of whom have attended or currently attend schools in the Abington School District. As a parent, veteran, and lifelong resident, Cory has a personal stake in the future of local schools, safe neighborhoods, and a community families can afford to stay in.
Cory is running for office with a clear focus on affordability, safety, and education because every family deserves leadership that understands their challenges and is committed to building a stronger, safer community.
